Our operating supplier has a system upgrade on the night between Tue 16/11 - Wed 17/11. This will affect the system, and we will be down for a short period (5 - 30 minutes) during the night. Statistics such as openings and clicks will not be affected. The work will affect the scheduling of imports and sending of issues and sms messages. We monitor the process. Mailings and imports that have been scheduled during this time will be sent as soon as the system is up and running again. We hope this will not cause any problems for you.
