Hur löstes det? Vi återställde komponenten till den tidigare versionen, och därefter fungerade Ungapped som vanligt igen.
Vad gör vi för att det inte ska hända igen? Vi har stängt av automatiska uppdateringar för komponenten. Framtida uppdateringar görs kontrollerat och testas innan de går ut. Vi ser också över våra rutiner för att förhindra liknande händelser.

-- Earlier this morning, Ungapped was temporarily unavailable. The cause was an automatic update of a component in our infrastructure that routes traffic to our services.
How was it resolved? We restored the component to its previous version, after which Ungapped worked as normal again.
What are we doing to prevent this from happening again? We have turned off automatic updates for this component. Future updates will be made in a controlled way and tested before going live. We are also reviewing our routines to prevent similar incidents.
